Nici Aldridge

Nici Aldridge is a highly experienced trainer and consultant with a wealth of experience in business. Co-founder of A2Z Computer Services with Mark Aldridge, she has trained learners in companies of sizes in many business sectors, including financial services, pharmaceutical and manufacturing.

Nici’s main areas of expertise are project management, Oracle Applications and Microsoft Office, arising from her experience as a project manager and consultant within the process manufacturing sector. She has a solid background in information technology, including a degree in Computer Science and several years work experience in organisations such as British Rail, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, NNC Ltd (formerly the National Nuclear Corporation), Harcros Chemicals, Akcros Chemicals, Industri-Matematik International and The Kellogg Company.

Her portfolio includes Microsoft applications (Office, Outlook, Project, Visio), Oracle Applications (Financials, Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing) and project management, presentation skills, trainer development, facilitation and problem solving. She is keen to blur the traditional division between soft skills training and IT training, believing that office software provides tools that should be taught in the context of business skills and needs, rather than in isolation.

In her courses, she draws from her many years of experience to provide real-world scenarios, problems and solutions. Her courses and workshops are always highly participative and fun, with the emphasis on learning rather than teaching.

Her recent clients have included AstraZeneca, Royal & Sun Alliance, Bentley Motor Cars, Ingersoll Rand and Akzo Nobel Coatings.
